Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are ready to hear your concern and we’re dedicated to meet your expectations.

We welcome return and exchange requests for any product(s) bought from our store within 30 days from the date of delivery. For purpose of authenticity, we recommend that you must ship back the item(s) to us in their actual condition and packaging.

Return/Refund Policy

Return your item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days and we will refund your initial amount in full.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The amount refundable in the case of a return is exclusive of the initial shipping cost charged to deliver the item to you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Products marked “Final Sale” are not covered by this return policy and, therefore, non-refundable.

How long does it take to process a return?

We process returns within a period of 1-2 weeks after receiving your package. Part of this process involves inspecting your returned package for us to know if it’s eligible for a refund.

We then credit back your refund but it may take a few days for the amount to reflect on your statement, depending on the actual payment used to place your order.

Exchange Policy

We can only exchange items that are returned because of size mismatch. Additional shipping cost will be applied.
